Job summary

QVC Group is seeking Seasonal Fulfillment Center Team Members to support order processing, packing, and shipping at our Bethlehem, PA site. The role offers on-site work with training and advancement potential in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $2.00 night differential. Eligible for a $500 retention bonus if you start between Aug 1 and Oct 16 and remain employed through December 20, 2026, plus employee discounts and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior warehouse experience required for Team Member roles.
• Able to work full shifts and overtime as needed.
• Able to meet attendance expectations.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Able to push, pull, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and reach throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Process customer returns, including scanning, sorting, and returning items to the correct inventory locations.
• Use handheld scanners, warehouse systems, and computers to complete tasks accurately.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed based on business priorities.
