Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Cashier/Front End Team Member in Texas. You will process transactions, assist customers, promote loyalty, and maintain store standards. The role may also include duties as sales associate or merchandiser, with emphasis on personalized service and knowledge of promotions.

The position requires 21+ age, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to work evenings/weekends. Seasonal status with competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and handling payments.
• Answer inquiries and promote loyalty program; bag products.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale regulations.
