H&R Block in Mississippi is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the friendly face of the office, handling check-ins, scheduling, and front-desk support. This in-person role requires strong people skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

You will work alongside tax professionals, supporting daily operations and learning pathways into tax services or leadership roles within the office during tax season.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort using basic computer tools (MS Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and be the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness for a professional experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members for smooth operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and care.
