Job summary

Kohl's is hiring to support exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. You will process freight, replenish merchandise, and help with omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers and supporting store leadership.

Key tasks include stocking, assisting customers, and maintaining product protection standards. The role requires flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and holidays; no prior retail experience is required, and you must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
