Kohl’s is seeking an entry-level associate in Lake Zurich, IL to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and support omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers and maintaining product standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to brand standards, and training new hires. Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior retail experience is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and store procedures.
