Job summary

Belk in Boone, NC is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service across fragrance brands. You will build client relationships, perform product demonstrations, and offer customized recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

You will demonstrate ownership, support promotions and events, and use clienteling tools to build loyalty while maintaining store visuals and brand standards. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.
