Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to create a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You will help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor.

This role blends service and support—anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during peak season. Flexible shifts include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers
• Review sales goals and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
• Engage customers with warm welcomes, eye contact, and personal conversations to build relationships
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising, updating signs and pricing, and assisting with merchandise moves
• Finish interactions by sharing loyalty program benefits and thanking customers by name
• Support a collaborative environment to better serve customers and communities
• Work 10–20 hours per week with shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
