Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to help create a welcoming fragrance department experience, keep the space merchandised and fully stocked, and assist the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required as the busiest season approaches; strong hospitality and attention to detail will help ensure every guest feels cared for.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, keep fragrance area clean and organized, and assist with transactions.
• Support merchandising, restock displays, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Assist with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise as needed.
