Duluth Trading Company is seeking an Equipment Operator for the Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. Typical day includes restocking, loading/unloading, and operating RF equipment to move stock. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle pallets, loading docks, and RF scanning, with potential training across departments. Strong reliability and physical ability are essential for success in this season-based position.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen & Background Check required.
• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes.
• Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 foot trailers.
• Lifts to up to 30ft to manage stock on racks.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock.

Responsibilities

• Accurately restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Move received merchandise from staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control duties (including cycle counts).
• Perform return merchandise put away in primary and special picking locations.
• Work in other areas of the warehouse during downtime in replenishing and receiving.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM: An additional $1.00/hr from November 23rd through December 20th, 2026 2nd shift premium 5PM - 12AM: An additional $1.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/2026 3rd shift premium 12AM - 5AM: An additional $2.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/2026 SATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional $3.00/hr from September 14th through December 20th, 2026

• Routine and regular raising lifts to remove or add boxes/containers to racking system to up to 30ft in height
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock

• Accurately and efficiently restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Perform duties of the Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control departments (including cycle counting when necessary)
• Perform return merchandise put away in the primary and special picking locations
• Will be expected to work in other areas of the warehouse during downtime in the replenishing and receiving areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
