VF Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Associate, Driver for the 2nd shift. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM.

Compensation includes $18.45 per hour base, a 6.25% shift differential ($19.60/hour), and performance incentives, with potential earnings up to $25/hour based on performance. The role involves stocking and retrieving merchandise, operating a cherry picker forklift to access high shelves, and meeting production goals safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior Cherry Picker experience preferred but not required.
• Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock and retrieve merchandise using high lift equipment to move pallets.
• Operate powered industrial trucks to move materials around the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure accuracy.
• Lift 35–40 lb boxes and adhere to safety procedures.
