Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Forklift Driver to safely operate material handling equipment and support warehouse operations in our facility in Kentucky. The role emphasizes maintaining inventory integrity and meeting productivity targets while adhering to care and asset security guidelines.

Shifts are Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities. The position requires OSHA forklift certification and strong collaboration with shipping and operations teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift certification.
• Experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to maintain inventory integrity and follow strict asset security guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet or exceed productivity standards and metrics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with shipping and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage inventory and shipments.
• Maintain order and inventory integrity while following established care, handling, and asset security guidelines.
• Support outbound shipment processes by transporting cartons and pallets to staging areas, ensuring correct labeling and secure preparation for domestic and international transport.
• Assist with systematic shipping steps, processing, and inventory tracking as required by business needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed operational productivity requirements and safety standards.
• Adhere to all Tiffany & Co. operational standards, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines.

Position Summary

The Forklift Driver will safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to support warehouse operations, maintaining order and inventory integrity in accordance with established Tiffany & Co. care and handling guidelines. This role ensures secure handling of Tiffany & Co.’s assets while consistently meeting or exceeding productivity requirements based on business needs and metrics.

Shift Requirement

Sunday - Thursday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
