Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Seasonal Associate who loves shoes and delivering the best store experience. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, engage customers, and help them find the perfect fit while embodying our Famous Culture.

You’ll manage daily store tasks—pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory—keeping the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. As a team player, you’ll support colleagues and share product knowledge to drive sales and celebrate success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
