Job summary

Famous Footwear in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver memorable in-store experiences. You’ll help customers find the right shoes, share brand knowledge, and keep the store inviting, organized, and shopable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team player with ability to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace daily store tasks: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and help customers find the right styles.
• Review store performance and drive sales with clear, timely communications.
• Uphold company policies and seek feedback to improve.
• Foster inclusive, positive environment and assist with training when needed.
• Recommend shoes and ensure customers leave with the right fit and Famous Feeling.
