Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking full-time Food Production Associates to work an 8-hour shift on a 1st shift schedule between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, at Cheryl’s Food Manufacturing Facility in Ohio.

You will help produce baked goods, operate mixers and packaging equipment, and ensure quality while complying with safety standards. Responsibilities include mixing, frosting, decorating, and packing cookies and baked goods.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing baked goods and operating machines such as a wire cutter, depositor, and packaging equipment
• Mix, frosting, decorating, and packing cookies and baked goods
• Stand for an entire 8-hour shift and handle repetitive hand/arm motions

Job description

We are looking for full time, Food Production Associates who are available to work an 8-hour shift each day on a 1st shift schedule anytime between 7:00AM-3:30PM Tuesday-Saturday**.

This position will perform a variety of tasks in Cheryl’s Food Manufacturing Facility related to producing baked goods and running machines such as a wire cutter, depositor, and packaging. Specific functions including mixing, frosting, decorating, and packing cookies and baked goods.

All positions require the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis, repetitive use of hands and arms and standing for an entire 8-hour shift. An effective Food Production Associate must show success working in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: You will work with allergens including Wheat, Soy, Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, and Tree nuts in this role.
