Job summary

Rail Events Productions is seeking a Food & Beverage Staff Member for the THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride in Perris, CA. This seasonal, non-exempt/hourly role supports Front of House with food and beverage duties during events.

You will work with the Front of House & Business Managers and Supervisors, learning regulations and procedures, ensuring clean spaces, and delivering teamwork across the event staff. This role involves evenings, weekends, and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with state, local and REP food safety regulations and procedures
• Become familiar with and execute REP food and beverage equipment, timing of production and delivery procedures
• Assist in general care of food and beverage area, including keeping a clean and orderly space
• Assist with top of day, during event and end of day prepping and cleaning of food and beverage areas
• Acquire knowledge of on-board experience, performance highlights, and venue facility
• Works with the entire event team to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment for all staff and passengers
• Deliver exceptional teamwork
• Other duties as assigned
