URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. Terrain division is seeking a Design by Terrain Seasonal Artisan to create beautiful floral designs for in-store displays and off-site installations.

You will support customers with style guidance, share knowledge of current trends, and participate in Terrain’s events and experiences. Ideal candidates bring horticultural design experience, a love for plants, and the ability to adapt to product priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in horticultural and floral design
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns
• Art and design background
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Exceeds customer expectations by building genuine relationships with personalized attention and prompt inquiries.
• Shares product knowledge and current trends to inspire customers and guide choices.
• Promotes Terrain events and drives engagement and participation.
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience using store systems for efficient interaction.
• Collaborates with design leadership to create compelling merchandise displays and maintain back-of-house order.
