Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate to support our Fine Jewelry team during peak holiday periods. You will educate customers on jewelry, assist shoppers, and ensure products are well presented and in stock. A strong customer-first mindset helps drive sales and repeat visits.

You will earn a 1% commission on qualified merchandise and a 10% commission for Service and Care plans, with associate discounts and benefits offered where eligible.
