Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 12 months of related serving experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification (or equivalent).
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification or equivalent Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to members and guests.
• Record and confirm orders accurately and input in POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and restaurant areas.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and review menu updates.
• Assist team members and support other roles when needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and revenue control procedures.
