The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, in Riverside, CA, seeks a Seasonal Festival of Lights PBX Phone Operator to deliver welcoming guest service during the holiday festival.

You will answer calls within 3 rings, dispatch to departments, provide information on hotel services, log calls, and assist with concierge tasks and event details while staying organized and professional.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and direct them to the right departments.
• Dispatch calls using radios or devices and provide courteous service.
• Know resort outlets and services to inform guests accurately.
• Log and clear calls in the HOT SOS system and follow up on requests.
• Perform concierge duties including restaurant reservations and activities.
• Familiarize with emergency procedures for safety.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate professionalism, work well with others, and be prepared to contribute to the successful operation of this special annual event.As part of the Festival of Lights team, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and exciting environment while supporting the traditions, guest experiences, and seasonal activities that make this celebration so special at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa.We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our team as a PBX Operator. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they call the resort/hotel. While answering the phones, the PBX Operator is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.Your Role:To answer incoming calls within 3 rings and to direct calls throughout the resort providing courteous guest service, using guest name and responding promptly to guest questions, complaints or requests.To dispatch all guest calls through radios or devices to the appropriate departmentsBecome fully familiar with the resort's outlets and services available to the guests and be able to provide accurate information on guest services at all times.To obtain updated information daily on resort events and be able to accurately answer inquiries about these events.Understand how to operate accurately the resort telephone system SMS system to provide maximum courteous and efficient telephone service to all customers.To log and clear all guest calls into the HOT SOS system.
