Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylish and customer-focused Stylist to assist guests in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will guide fashion choices, present complete looks, and encourage exploration of new styles on the sales floor.

You’ll leverage product knowledge, strong communication, and visual styling to drive sales and ensure a seamless checkout. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Social media awareness and openness to omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends during busy times.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
