You will engage customers across the floor, use product knowledge to assist, and stay informed about events and promotions to support an omni-channel experience. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store experience with energized pace and brand representation on the sales floor.
• Interact with customers using advice and product knowledge in every zone.
• Leverage in-store and online offers to enhance the omni-channel experience.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings and store initiatives.
• Share product knowledge and current trends to inspire customers.
• Maintain Free People visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Support shipment processes and understand what's new and what’s being reshipped.
• Uphold store safety, inventory accuracy and loss prevention; follow company policies.
