Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Salesperson passionate about fashion and styling to cultivate a customer following both digitally and in-store. You will set and achieve sales goals, build relationships, and provide styling feedback in a fast-paced team environment.

You will participate in in-store and digital selling, grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts, and help keep the department ready through stocking, merchandising, and light cleaning. Flexible scheduling applies.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (text and social media).
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Keep the department customer ready with stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns and light cleaning.
