• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions and digital tools.
• Offer honest style and fit feedback to earn trust and drive loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready including stocking and re-merchandising.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends as a trusted style resource.
• Be a team player and support the department to stay productive.
• Commit to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up using the 2-2-2 method and Nordy Club enrollment.
