Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs of the business.
• Understand the brand concept, merchandise, client, and heritage.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, trends, and personalized outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Ops teams.
• Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
