JCPenney is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate to help customers, assist on the sales floor and at the register during peak season. This flexible, temporary role adapts to changing store traffic and merchandise resets, with a defined employment period.

You will work closely with store teams to maintain appealing product displays, restock merchandise, and deliver friendly service that encourages shoppers to return.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers: seek out customers and help make their experience great from the sales floor to the register.
• Adjusts to customer flow: stay on the move and provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
• Maintains product presentation: adjust displays to reflect fashion trends and merchandise after customers view products.
• Replenish and restock the store: ensure styles and sizes are available as stock runs low.
• Participates in a learning environment: absorb new information from peers or training materials.
