Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to help customers and keep the store looking its best during peak season. You will assist customers on the sales floor and at the register, adapt to varying store traffic, and ensure merchandise is well presented and stocked.

Ongoing learning and teamwork are part of the role. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period with a clear last day communicated by your manager as the peak season ends.

• Replenishes and restocks merchandise to ensure size and style availability
• Participates in a learning environment by absorbing information from peers and training materials
