Faherty Brand is seeking a Sales Associate to energize our customer service team in Massachusetts. You will become a the expert on our sustainable fashion line, delivering authentic engagement and telling compelling product stories to help customers find their perfect look.

You will master product knowledge, support seamless in-store and online experiences, and strive to outpace sales goals while living Faherty's values of purpose, positivity, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar scope within hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail preferred.
• Skilled at creating seamless customer experiences across in-store and ecommerce platforms.
• Able to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers across multiple channels.
