Granor Farm in Michigan is seeking a Seasonal Farm Store & Dinner Crew member to deliver excellent guest service in our store and during farm dinners. You will engage guests, support daily operations, and rotate between store and dining shifts.

The role combines retail and hospitality in a dynamic farm setting, with flexible weekend scheduling during late summer to fall. We offer hourly compensation, on-site work, and benefits including employee discounts and weekly farm produce.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, knowledgeable guest interactions and discuss offerings.
• Support daily store operations and front-of-house for farm dinners.
• Maintain inviting displays, restock shelves, and keep the space tidy.
• Assist dining service by running dishes and clearing tables.
• Assist with dinner setup, service, and post-meal cleanup.
• Gather guest feedback and relay suggestions to management.
