A community-focused sports organization is seeking Fan Hosts for the Aberdeen IronBirds. This seasonal role, active from April through September, involves providing exceptional customer service to fans at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. Qualifications

• Must be 16 and older; ages 16-17 require a work permit.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and enjoyment of fan interaction.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans as they enter and exit the stadium.
• Assist fans in finding their seats and guide them.
• Scan tickets and direct fans to their sections.
• Provide feedback and suggestions as needed.
