Job summary

Deseret Book is seeking a friendly seasonal Sales Associate in Draper to help customers in a busy retail setting. You will assist customers with LDS Church curriculum and clothing products, provide fitting advice, and process transactions with accuracy and care.

Duties include stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming store appearance; you’ll work with a team across days, evenings and Saturdays while upholding exceptional service standards and a positive attitude during the holiday

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to assist with product selection and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Sell LDS Church curriculum and clothing products in a retail store environment.
• Assist customers with proper fit and usage of clothing items and related products.
• Exhibit world-class sales and customer service skills.
• Operate cash registers, locate products, take orders, gift-wrap, and assist with merchandise presentation.
• Maintain store appearance and organization by stocking shelves and unpacking shipments.
