Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company at Schweitzer is hiring for a Seasonal role to perform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and ensure a safe, sanitary environment for occupants. The position includes banquet setup and tear downs, plus lodging-area cleaning around the base area.

The wage range is $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, with minimum age 18 and background/driver checks required. Employment is Full Time or Part Time Seasonal, with potential benefits depending on status.

Qualifications

• Current and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for shifts.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• General knowledge of Schweitzer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms and lodging facilities around the Schweitzer base area.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, wipe windows and dust; remove trash; stock closets.
• Deep cleaning with buffer, extractor and carpet cleaner; strip and seal floors as needed.
• Perform minor repairs including touch-up paint.
• Banquet set up and tear downs for functions.
