Pinnacle is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Woodridge, IL location. You will operate forklifts/pallet jacks to move exhibit materials, inspect and document conditions, and prepare items for storage or shipment.

Responsibilities include setting up booth components and assisting with on-site installations. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6am–2:30pm with some weekends/overtime; this is a seasonal role of two to three months with potential for regular status.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution facility.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred; ability to learn quickly.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with basic computer apps (Email, Word, Excel, Adobe, Teams).
• Willingness to learn and work both independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Unload and load trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Inspect inbound exhibit properties and document conditions.
• Return materials to storage after inspections.
• Set up wood/aluminum wall panels and other booth components.
• Test-fit fabric graphics and verify rental inventory.
• Wrap/secure pallets for shipping and assist with on-site installations as needed.
