Circuit of The Americas (COTA) invites applications for a Seasonal Part-Time Shuttle Driver & Spotter. You’ll transport guests, staff and performers during high-profile events, maintain safety, and provide friendly customer service across parking lots and venues.

Typical shifts align with events like Formula 1, NASCAR, MotoGP and concerts. You’ll operate shuttle vehicles, assist boarding, enforce rules, complete pre-trip inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse guests.

• Strong situational awareness and ability to stay calm under pressure during events.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, staff, vendors, and performers to and from parking areas, entrances, stops, and venues.
• Operate shuttle vehicles on designated routes and adhere to schedules.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, including mobility-impaired guests.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to incidents or disruptions as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety issues.
