Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stocking and Restocking: Ensure F&B areas are stocked with supplies (liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, garnishes) and restock during events.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep F&B areas clean, wipe surfaces, clear trash, wash glassware and utensils.
• Support F&B Team: Assist bartenders and event staff with prep such as cutting garnishes, basic cocktail prep, and item retrieval.
• Inventory Management: Monitor levels and report shortages; assist with counts and restocking around events.
• Guest Interaction: Provide excellent service, answer questions, give directions, and enhance guest experience.
• Setup and Breakdown: Help set up F&B areas and assist with breakdown and cleanup.
• Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and event staff for smooth service.
