Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current Florida RN license and active credentials (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a specialty unit and competent to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under supervision, plan and implement care, assess patients and document findings.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders and communicate care plans to the team.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and adjust plans based on progress and policy.
• Engage patients and families in the care process and discharge planning.
