Job summary

Best Buy in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Specialist to engage customers and provide expert service for Hisense products in-store October 2026 through February 2027. You’ll learn product knowledge through trainings and certifications and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll work with a team to hit sales goals, maintain department presentation, and participate in ongoing learning to improve skills and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Preferred: prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.
