Job summary

The Michaels Companies, located in Toms River, NJ, is seeking a Seasonal Early Morning Stocker to help maintain a well-stocked, customer-friendly store environment. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, engage customers, and support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Ideal candidates will have retail and/or customer service experience, are comfortable with early morning hours, and can handle standing for long periods while lifting boxes

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Process checkout with accuracy and adhere to cash-handling standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance (POGs).
• Support store recovery, shelf replenishment, and merchandising targets.
• Participate in Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
