Job summary

Five Below in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a seasonal early morning freight associate to join our fast-paced store team. You will greet customers, load/unload stock, and help maintain attractive cargo presentation while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role is part-time with flexible hours, starting at $16.00 per hour. You will work with teammates to ensure shelves are stocked, promotions are visible, and customer issues are resolved promptly, contributing to a positive WOW store

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable using technology and POS systems.
• Strong customer-service orientation with professional communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.

• Communicate needs to management: Regularly inform management about merchandise restocking, service requirements, and any customer feedback in a timely manner.
