Dry Goods is seeking an energetic Sales Support teammate to greet customers, manage POS transactions, answer calls, unpack and display stock, and wrap merchandise. You will contribute to a friendly, attentive shopping experience and help close sales with efficiency and care.

Job description

As Sales Support, you represent Dry Goods and add to the one-of-a-kind service experience by offering additional services and put the finishing touch on the sale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Ring POS transactions and key account information
• Answer telephone and assist callers
• Unpack and display stock
• Wrap and bag merchandise
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
