Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a location associate to support multiple roles while pursuing a CDL. The role includes general lot maintenance, receiving and delivering product, and grounds upkeep. After obtaining a CDL and completing documentation, you move to Driver/Operations with a pay increase.

Responsibilities include assisting with agronomy products, maintaining records, and ensuring safety standards during busy seasons. Experience in agriculture and strong teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
• Pursuing a Class A or B CDL preferred, or Ag CDL, with required endorsements.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and moving snow.
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to management.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.

Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to support other roles at the location while actively pursuing a CDL. A CDL must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Once a CDL is obtained and all required documentation is complete, the employee will be moved to the Driver/Operation position with the appropriate pay increase. This role will engage in a range of responsibilities including general lot maintenance, receiving, and delivering product, grounds maintenance and equipment compliance.
