Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal Driver Helper to support a delivery driver in homes and businesses. You’ll spend your day outdoors, interact with customers, and help ensure packages are delivered safely and on time. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

Shifts vary by business needs and may include Saturdays and holidays. The base pay is $17.75/hour, with opportunities to gain experience at an industry-leading company and potentially pursue future roles with UPS.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling, based on business needs and your availability
• Saturdays and holiday work required - depending on business needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the UPS driver in delivering packages to homes and businesses.
