Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper to support delivery drivers in the community. You will spend your day outdoors, interact with customers, and help ensure timely and safe delivery of packages. This role does not involve driving the brown truck and offers a great way to gain experience with an industry-leading company.

Shifts vary, may include Saturdays and holidays, and offers excellent weekly pay. Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work.
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work.
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling, based on business needs and your availability.
• Saturdays and holiday work required – depending on business needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist a UPS driver in delivering packages to homes and businesses.
• Spend your day outdoors and interact with customers.
• Help ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.
• Meet the driver at a designated pickup location; helpers do not drive the brown truck.
