Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper to support a UPS driver by delivering packages to homes and businesses. You’ll work outdoors, interact with customers, and help ensure on-time delivery.

This is a seasonal, flexible role with morning schedules; shifts vary and may include Saturdays and holidays. No prior experience required; you’ll receive on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within UPS. Base pay is $17.75/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling, based on business needs and your availability
• Saturdays and holiday work required – depending on business needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Team up with a UPS package delivery driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses.
• Spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.
• Meet your driver at a designated pickup location (meet point).
• Helpers do not drive the brown truck.
