Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal Driver Helper to assist delivery drivers with unloading and delivering packages to homes and businesses. You will work outdoors in your community, interact with customers, and help ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

This role is seasonal with flexible schedules that can include mornings, Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods. You will not drive the brown truck, but you will be a key part of the delivery team, meeting at a designated

Qualifications

Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
Sturdy work boots or slip‑resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work
Weather‑appropriate attire for outdoor work
Flexibility with day‑to‑day scheduling, based on business needs and your availability
Saturdays and holiday work required – depending on business needs
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

As a Driver Helper, you’ll team up with a UPS package delivery driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses.
You’ll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers, and helping ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.
When assigned work, you’ll meet your driver at a designated pick‑up location and helpers do not drive the brown truck.
Shifts vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.
