UPS is seeking a Driver Helper for seasonal work in your community. You will team with a UPS driver to deliver packages to homes and businesses, performing outdoor tasks and assisting with loading and unloading. You will interact with customers and help ensure on-time deliveries.

This role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday work, and meeting at a designated pickup point. The position is seasonal with varying schedules, and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling based on business needs and availability
• Saturdays and holiday work required depending on business needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in delivering packages to homes and businesses.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and ensure safe, on-time handling of packages.
• Meet the driver at a designated pick-up location and support loading/unloading.
• Support overall delivery operations while not driving the brown truck.
