Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal Driver Helper to work alongside a UPS driver and assist with delivering packages to homes and businesses. The role is outdoors, physical, and requires flexibility with daily schedules. You will not drive the brown truck, but you will play a vital part in timely, safe deliveries in the local community.

Shifts are seasonal and may include mornings, Mondays through Saturdays, holidays, and peak periods. Minimum requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy boots or slip‑resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work.
• Weather‑appropriate attire for outdoor work.
• Flexibility with day‑to‑day scheduling based on business needs.
• Saturdays and holiday work required depending on business needs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Team up with a UPS driver to help deliver packages to homes and businesses.
• Assist with loading and unloading, and ensure safe delivery of packages.
• Interact with customers and help ensure timely deliveries.
• Meet the driver at a designated pick‑up location when assigned.
