Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper to join a UPS driver team. You’ll assist with delivering packages to homes and businesses, spend time outdoors, and interact with customers while helping ensure on-time delivery.

This is a seasonal opportunity with varying schedules and a meet point with the driver. Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, wear sturdy footwear, and be flexible for day-to-day scheduling including Saturdays and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day‑to‑day scheduling, based on business needs and your availability
• Saturdays and holiday work required – depending on business needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the UPS driver by delivering packages to homes and businesses
• Spend time outdoors and interact with customers
• Help ensure packages are delivered safely and on time
• Meet the driver at a designated pick-up location (meet point)
• Support operations during seasonal scheduling variations
