This seasonal role offers flexible schedules, meets at a pickup point, and does not involve driving the brown truck. Base pay is $18.40 per hour, with opportunities for future advancement within UPS.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip‑resistant shoes suitable for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling, based on business needs and your availability
• Saturdays and holiday work required – depending on business needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with delivering packages to homes and businesses.
• Work outdoors and interact with customers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• Meet the driver at a designated pickup location; helpers do not drive the brown truck.
• Support daily operations during the seasonal period; schedules vary.
