Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. This role trains and develops teams, enforces safety policies, and optimizes department efficiency. Strong leadership and communication are essential for coordinating with management and customers.

Applicants should be able to lift heavy loads, work flexible hours, and have a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent. Prior management experience is preferred for this role at UPS facilities.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
