Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Associate, Driver for 2nd shift in Mississippi. The role runs Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with a base pay of $18.45 per hour plus a 6.25% shift differential (effective $19.60/hr) and potential incentives. There is an earned potential up to $25/hr based on performance.

You will stock, retrieve merchandise, and operate high lift equipment in a warehouse setting. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, numeracy and accountability are required.
• Experience operating high lift/ pallet handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and retrieve merchandise using lift equipment at height.
• Operate the cherry picker/forklift to move pallets safely.
• Work independently to hit production goals while following safety rules.
• Adhere to all VF safety procedures during daily tasks.
• Lift/push/pull boxes weighing 35–40 lbs as needed.
